2022 (~18):
I didn’t improve or draw as much as I wanted this year due to increased anxiety that I was “wasting time” on big pieces. But I picked up a lot of tricks during art fight that I’m excited about :> Also, I feel my coloring is much cleaner now than it used to be.
2021 (~17):
Drew a ton of stuff I was proud of this year, though almost all of it was fanart or gifts for other people. This was when I started having difficulty spending lots of time on art for myself.
Keep seeing the Bad Take all over Twitter so please allow me to flaunt my own improvement :P
2020 (~16):
I drew CONSTANTLY at 15-16. I was brute forcing it. If I couldn’t draw something I might spend 40+ hours iterating on it til I liked it. I’ve an insane amount of 2020 art.
What really goes unsaid around here is how my favorite quality of my oc is his lack of eyelashes. not a single lash in sight. his eyelash deficiency, if you will. I mean you just look at him and you know he has the zeroest eyelashes of all time ever.
