Yesterday may have been the last official day of summer, but we’re not crying about it! Gnomon student David Kwahk took home a Best of Term in Character Lighting for “Baby Wah Wah” made for his Texturing & Shading 3 class at Gnomon.

Spending a Saturday afternoon sleeping in a rocking chair, surrounded by storybook birds? We don’t mind if we do. Inspired by Thibaud Pourplanche’s concept of the same title, Gnomon alum Alex Cho made “The Bird House” while enrolled at Gnomon.

We feel the need… The need for speed. ✈️Sean and Jason Gardner won Fall Best of Term for their piece, ”Danger Zone”. This Top Gun inspired piece took home the prize for Lighting and Rendering.
