Here's the amazing concept art I drew in MS Paint

Alrighty, so I need a voice actor to play Smarty in a small project I'm working on.
This is non-profit, no money will be transacted.

Thought I'd try drawing an updated Goaty design.

-Their ears are longer which allows them to emote more using them
-They have more pronounced teeth
-They have hooved hands, similar to how Zinnia drew them
-Their eyes are shaped like that of a real life goat
