@JohnnyOpus Dreg Heap and Ashen Wasteland are from Dark Souls 3, a game by the same developer as Bloodborne. The former is a cataclysmic mess of crashed-together kingdoms from multiple centuries (first two pics), and the latter is just the bleak empty desert remnants of a dead world.
