I've read the Poet's Tale. Man, I hate this character. How I hate this Martin Silenus prick. What a jerk he is. The irony is, Dan Simmons really hit the jackpot putting a character like that among the group in Hyperion. I'll read the scholar's tale right now.

@FintanTheWrong Totally. I'm imagining this world with a lot of religious imagery. Much like a "Canticle for Leibowitz" with jungles in the place of deserts. So, probably I'll find a walking choir somewhere.
