This is the third year in a row that I’ve dressed up as this dysfunctional Santa character, and I try to improve on it each time. The first year I was just happy to have the hat. The second, I was so proud of making one (1) candy cane cigarette. This year, I built a living room.

When you’re your own photographer, model, hairdresser, makeup artist, costume designer, jewelry maker, set builder, props specialist, lighting designer, and photo retoucher, there’s no guarantee the final images will turn out how you imagined.
