I thought it'd be fun to revisit my favorite work of the past 12 years this #Portfolioday. You can truly see design's impact on my artwork over time. I'll be looking for full-time work next spring so if you have a place for me, let me know! (1st four pieces from 2009–2011)

The 400 #Mutant Icon Project is complete! Organized by 1st appearance & shown in their current costumes, you'll find all the Omegas, the Council, mutants of #Arakko, much of #Krakoa, & so many long-forgotten mutants. Check my replies for a labeled, zoomable version. #xmen @Marvel

One reality of an ongoing project like this #mutant icon endeavor of mine is that costumes change, requiring I make updates to keep up! Here are #rogue, #storm, #polaris, and #jessiedrake in their newest outfits (though I bet Storm will change again soon). #krakoa #xmen

A few more #mutants celebrating #pride2021! Special kudos to Luciano Vecchio for his design of Somnus, which I didn't even bother to add any flare to because WOW that costume is already everything! P.S., Marvel's Voices: Pride #1 is out tomorrow! #krakoa #marvelvoicespride

4 more #mutants : two Morlocks, a performer at the Gala, and the X-Man-that-never-was (Sketch). An aside: I'd like an X-book to delve more into how the Morlocks feel about Krakoa (living amongst Mauraders, being away from humans, being offered paradise, etc). #xmen (362/400)

A fun lineup here: Namor just showed up in the #hellfiregala story, Harry Leland has been teased for resurrection in #Mauraders, and Hazard is tied to the Sinister/Xavier lore and should have a place in #krakoa. Less than 60 icons to go. (342/400) #xmen

I keep thinking as I work on my 400 #mutant icon project that I'll run out of mutants I care about. Then I get to these 3! Look at @rdauterman making me invested in #lourdeschantel just off a cover! Check out Darkstar & Post being so iconic! #xmen #krakoa (331/400)

In my icon exploration project, I opted to highlight #Khora of the Burning Heart by themselves for obvious reasons. It's possible I won't even miss Fabian Cortez! Thx to @Al_Ewing & @ValerioSchiti for making a book that delivers every issue. (324/400) #xmen #krakoa #arakko
