The preview images for the Persona 5 collaboration are (officially) out now - the event weapon and summon can be uncapped to 4*, gaining an additional skill (summon gets 10% charge attack boost, gun 10% charge bar boost)

1st place gives you a Lyria Nendoroid and a tapestry of the 4 Knights plus Cagliostro and Clarisse, 2nd place gives you a tapestry of Beatrix and Zeta, and 3rd place gives you an Anila fan. All 5 finalists will also get a Bellringer Angel Pin.

Joker's art appears to have been updated with a lot more shading and detail (the first is the new one, the second is how he first appeared in KoreGra)

The actual announcements section of Granblue Channel says:

-Xeno Ifrit's new, 3rd-run weapon will be a katana
-Joker will be playable in P5 collab. Mona, Panther, Skull, and Fox are also confirmed for appearances.
-Persona 5's trademark cutins will find their way into the game

A sneak peek at Granblue Archive IV shows the new 2-pages-per-character layout, up from the one page each character got in previous artbooks.

Persona 5 collab starts after Xeno Ifrit, and while the Joker art was already revealed in previous streams, we also get a look at the weapon we'll be getting from the collab.

They're promising multiple appearances from P5 characters, which will be announced in later updates.
