Issue no. 1: this is the first issue cover and already there is a lot to take in. Rotor is beefing with a yassified SWAT bot, Antoine is doing whatever that is, and Tails is on his back getting jumped by a freak jack-in-a-box like robot that this Robotnik had no reason to make 😂

Making a light-hearted side commentary thread of little details I noticed while scanning through the Archie Sonic series. Note: this isn't really an in-depth review per se, but I may share my more serious feelings on the story.

I am glazing through the beginning of Archie Sonic for Bunnie's debut but this killed me 😭

Now that I think about this in a more objective manner, the only ones who I believe can properly revive the Freedom Fighters while keeping most of their definitive intellectual property in tact are fans in fan setting or at most an innovative spin-off project.

This isn't 100% accurate science but Blaze isn't a 100% accurate cat that abides by realistic science either so fair game

I headcanon that Blaze makes a concentrated heat vent underneath her, creating considerably hot air that rises up with her with it. Some of said air catches in her cape, helping with the process. Think of hot air balloons.

@TheMirabilez Also, Blaze walked casually on lava, so I'm sure she can pull an Elsa; the flames never bothered her anyway 😇.

She can totally grip an object made out of fire like it was a solid without so much of a flinch

When done right, they are two complementary pieces to a fun jigsaw puzzle. Amy offers Sonic mobile stability and Sonic offers Amy mobile security.

They're not at all the traditional straightforward romance. There's worth and entertainment value in their nuanced relationship.

SonAmy is built on the little things that paint a grand picture once you put them into place. It's layered and often purposefully censored or conveyed in ways where outside sources speak a bit for them.
