Sonic isn't going be attracted to every girl he comes in contact with, especially when he already may like one and is fixated on other things. Sonic being skittish with Amy's overwhelming advances or (spine crushing) PDA doesn't mean he experiences aromanticism, per se.

Sally is not my favorite Sonic character or among my tippy-top tiers, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't draw her a lot and she wasn't fun to draw.

It's like crack when I draw her (especially with the hair), I don't know exactly why.

Why don't more people talk about the Eggman and Ella ship it's hilarious-

You want to argue that the following citations do not count for later dating? There is still early 90s material and statements that:
- reinforced Sonic's always intended character
- proven how "limited information" never stopped Archie protraying Sonic's character more accurately

4. We as Amy fans all agree that Amy should be written good and have her spotlight. However, many Amy fans do not and will not agree with the act of:
- dumping on her overall character in canons like Sonic X and the games
- undermining her feats
-generic attempts in "fixing" her
