If Naruto ended in chapter 699 the only couple we now is canon will be Sasusaku. Considering the last indicator of who Naruto liked was him calling Sakura his girlfriend, Ino and Sai didn't had the big scene yet, Shikamaru and Temari weren't aware of their feelings yet,+
Sakura's development is undeniable, if you want to dismiss it because your fav character revolves around her love interest and you're jealous Sakura actually had accomplishments and development on her own without involving her love for Sasuke, that's your problem
