I left the arms alone - they're exaggerated, but not completely broken. Here's a trace of the centerline of her body; I think this is what Escher Girls calls "swivel waist."

Also, an alternative to the clown shoe.

So how does that leg work, exactly? I got curious, so I decided to go in and draw the skeletal structure over the original image.

And then I took that skeleton and used it to draw her standing.
