I’ve shared it before but it beats sharing again. These were the album covers Storm Thorgerson created for Red Hot Chili Peppers’ ninth album ‘Stadium Arcadium’. They were all somehow rejected and instead RHCP chose one of the most bland album covers I’ve seen. Such a shame.

Drawing really dumb things for a fun project

Red Hot Chili Peppers asked the legendary Storm Thorgerson to create the album art for their 2006 LP ‘Stadium Arcadium’ and Thorgerson made these gorgeous album designs - but RHCP rejected those beautiful art pieces for the fourth image shown here and that makes me MAD.
