for me it's drinking tea. 3/4 of the year i wake up and start my day with tea. But in the winter my sleep cycle always gets out of whack and I drink herbals/tisanes to keep me calm.

@Real_Pretzl i know it's just been up only this week and that's NOT what i want to see. i don't think this has happened at all in this entire past year i've been losing weight and i'm just super paranoid of it continuing going up. just have to buckle down and just not eat all these bad stuf
