@Ixvenderphantom My critique for you is you need to add more shadows and define shapes that can blend into the skintone! Be less afraid of using darker colors even if your art is mainly light, you can still use mid range tones! I hope this helps!

@hyoomie My piece of advice would be to bring up the mouth a bit and lower the nose a little, as well as maybe bring the eyes up a little more! I hope this helps ^^

@magicarosz I would say that ur main problems lay in the hand
I did a little bit of revising and I think it would look a lot better with some adjusting! Hands can be very tricky so don’t be afraid to trace a pose and reference your traced lines, it definitely helps out!

@artistfifi Best piece of advice is more forehead, more volume in the hair, and move the head up a little bit!

I used the liquify tool (and a little bit of the lasso tool) to hopefully show off some adjustments you can make! Overall, your art is very pretty ^^ I hope I helped!
