Let's do the same shit for her hair. The colors can get v muddy so be aware of your color choices. Let the brush do the blending for you and do NOT worry about super smoothness. Rely on eyedropper more than color picker. This gets boring, watch Melrose Place while you paint

Ok here's where it gets tedious. Merge all your layers. If you are wimpy and scared make copies of them first. Use ~butter blend~ to soften the lines and start overpainting with highlights and shadows
Use airbrush set to overlay to gently adjust color

Changed the outline to a dark purple and adjusted color balance a little
I don't like pure black outlines
I like to make highlights a little more yellow, midtones a little more red, shadows a little more blue, but play and see what works

Then I make a layer under lines but over color. Fill with a mid tone. I like purple. On this layer, block in the shading. Push the lights and darks, set to multiply, adjust the colors if you want.

I ink on a vector layer with gpen and abuse vector eraser. Then on a normal layer under that I color everything on one layer using gpen and just a lil airbrush as a treat. I know you can use clipping masks and shit but I don't know how to do that. You do you
