this is the old piece. at the time i was quite content with it because it was the first time i was able to depict this moment despite wanting to for years (but never having the skill to)

interesting to note i can draw more accurate facial structures in half the time now :)

in honor of #MassEffectLegendaryEdition i painted over the last shepard painting i ever did 2 years ago of a young lana right after getting rescued on mindoir :)
