The Hikari rarity is floating.

Every day at 4am EST, new souls that have been through Gen-U are transferred into characters. This means that our rarity is constantly changing.

Due to a slight issue with Gen-U timestamp tracking, we have revealed all souls that have entered Gen-U up until midday today.

1326 souls have completed Gen-U and have been transferred to characters.
