Congratulations to @tomokoomura on releasing “Branches: Vol. 2” — this is the second cover artwork, influenced by Omura’s imaginative take on Japanese folktales. 🌱 This album’s narrative is driven through Omura’s incredible familiarity & skill with the violin.

This music label helped me break into album cover work & turned me onto so many good artists including @_borealism, @arvotome_ , @gmillsmusic, @radiculebeats, @howiewonder, @baechulgi, @ChrisMazuera & it goes on!

“Cloudscape 1” is the only cloudscape I’ve traditionally colored (with Copic markers & watercolor paint); the original hangs in my room @ 22”x30”. My other cloudscapes are traditionally inked but then scanned & digitally colored. ☁️

I only colored 3/63; these are two of my favorites. I saw the girl on the left sitting on a curb outside of a casting in West Hollywood. I shyly asked if I could take her photo & draw her because she looked so cool. The girl on the right is Kota Eberhardt.

The vinyl for @betamaxx80s "Sarajevo" is charting right now at #1 on Bandcamp in overall selling vinyls....!! Right next to Yasuke 😍 What a dream! 200 preorders have already been sold in 2 days 😳🥰
