@Kevin57221810 The basic diplomatic policy of the Japan toward S.Korea is "careful disregard." S.Korea has unilaterally violated the 1965 Japan-Korea Claims Agreement and the 2016 Comfort Women Agreement, which agreed on a "final and irreversible solution." It's no use talking to a big liar.
