Did a character design sketch for my own game. It is based on the very first character I drew 8 years ago.
New drawing for my stream banner. The characters are from a doodling I did a year before.
Color study. Warm moon light and cool shadow, cool ambient light + a green orb secondary light source
And my brush strokes are so messy! I need to learn how to use a softer brush to keep things clean.
some doodling and study I did these few days. Still cant figure out how to paint cool light tone on skin.
The forth one. Trying to add a little red hood motif + very short hair tomboy. Most mature among four. The design seems too bland and I suck at red color.
The third girl. Keyword: arrogant. Also a tsundere, haven't changed much from the original design.
The second girl's keyword: Lazy. A girl always on her own pace. I am bad at painting frills and laces. Should have put more effort on the capelet design, it looks too stiff and horizontal.
Been doing a redesign for the four OC girls I did a year ago for around 3 months and still havent finised it. It really shows how lazy I am, time to reflect myself and plan my time better. Maybe I should time how many hours I have spent on drawing each weeks.
