@smlungpathguy @JeffreyKanneMD It’s easy to separate the veins on these “thick” slab images. Then, knowing that veins are septal in location, I can spatially discern a pulmonary lobule, & then identify the abnormal centrilobular structure — artery (not airway) in this case.
