This was an old WIP from 2018 that I had kept forgetting to finish.
My thought behind this: sometimes, we hold on to something that we know is bad for us, but we delude ourselves that we still need/like it.
~It's been said there's a sacred, enchanted forest, guarded at its entrance by a lone figure at all times. Almost seeming like a deity, he is known to live there. No one enters the forest without being granted permission by him first.~
My new piece, with my fav outfit of Aki 💚
I'm not working on any new projects at the moment, so here are some older sketches that I had kept forgetting to post~
I don't really have an explanation for this one, I just randomly woke up with the idea a few days ago 🌺
*With the actual words*
In case you've ever wondered how extra I can be, there's your answer 😂😂
I mainly did this for fun, but since I'm usually lazy to learn the parts of the body in some languages, I randomly had an idea to quickly draw Aki for that so I can label everything afterwards 😂
「The Forgotten Rising City」
With this scenery I wanted to give a feeling of warmth, yet loneliness and abandonment at the same time. I want to try doing more laid-back paintings like this that aren't necessarily fully "finished".
