October 28 (Ancestor): Got a little occupied yesterday, so didn't manage to make this one before now. Pandora's the first human woman, and so is presumably a shared ancestor of us all.
Here she is, working on her first (and last) unboxing video! #ClassicsTober
October 20 (Transformation): I love the story where Dionysus gets caught by pirates. He grows vines that stop the ship from sailing, transformed himself into a lion and chased the pirates aboard (except the helmsman), and then transformed them into dolphins! #ClassicsTober
October 17 (Bronze): Given there was likely a phalanx literally called the Chalkaspides ("Bronze Shields"), I couldn't miss the opportunity to make one.
I was lucky with my palette today (#pear36, I use it for all my #ClassicsTober entries), as it has a lot of bronze colours!
October 10 (ψυχή): So my ACTUAL #ClassicsTober contribution today is Psyche walking in the lush and flowery dale where Cupid's palace is placed. It is said that the palace had golden pillars, so I imagined they were also golden on the outside.
October 5th (Knowledge): I went for the owl of Athena (Athene noctua) today, since she's the Goddess of knowledge and I like birds.
Took quite a bit of time to get the anatomy "right". I didn't realise you could just... put the beak between the eyes. #ClassicsTober
