Another small detail is the open chest/exposed collarbone which has been a running theme since V3. All her designs feature this

Her hair seems to be inspired by a mix of V3/V4, with it being the closest to V3

I ran out of space, but her jacket + shirt combo also seems to be inspired by flower talk.
It has a short top, transparent shirt and a heavy jacket:

Likewise, the boots/socks seem to be a throwback to both v_flower and V4 flower who also both had a strap across the foot (and V4 had the dark socks with gold/orange details)

The strap at her hip seems to have been inspired by the strap on V4 flower's hip

I think the reason I don't mind the new flower design is because she reminds me of Es from milgram... and I love Es
