Finally getting back to working on higu stuff, learned a super cool shading technique for curve-based hair that'll save me a ton of hassle later
Done a lot of smaller touch-ups, mainly on the environment. Also fixed up bits of the last scene
Update tiiiime, lip-syncing is a pain so that's a thing for later, action's gonna be coming up soon so that's gonna be f u n. Trust me to go so ham on UI of all things lol
The UI animation is really getting somewhere now, still unsure on if I'll do any actual action after but for now this is tons of fun to work on
Final bit of progress on the UI animation for the night, really happy with how it's turning out. Also starting to notice some more subtle stuff about UI I never even considered before

Been tinkering around with a Rigify skeleton in Blender, does absolute wonders for animating everything from the pelvis down. Also messed around with frame-skipping stuff here, really liked the results so I'll prob be using it more from now on
Finally got FZ models loaded and textured in blender (huge thanks to @UltIMa647 and the dudes in the fz community that worked on the node setup). I look forward to doing some epic animations with these
