// Whitewashing

I brushed off most of these things because Jesse being mistaken as a white guy with a tan instead of Apache is actually quite a common misconception. It's kind of depressing how common fan art like this is.

I've seen several people say that shikarinlol has been doing fan art that whitewashes characters, does weird ships, and sexualizes minors in the Amphibia fandom. It's true, and they've been doing the same stuff in the Infinity Train fandom for a while now.

No matter what you think of their shows, you've gotta give Gary Doodles, Tommy Sica, and the rest of their posse credit for being nice people who seem to love all the fans they have and also working hard on shows they knew would be hated no matter how much work went into them.

Now that Disney Channel collaborations are fair game for ColourPop, I wonder what a Gravity Falls X ColourPop collection would look like.
