One of the VIPPERloids, troll ‘fake vocaloids’ created by 2ch, Namine Ritsu is described as a bully who likes cocoa crispies and North Korea.

【CeVIO】The vocal synth of the hour is HAL-O-ROID.
Similar to vocaloids Ueki-loid and hide, HAL-O-ROID is a vocal based off of a deceased singer in an attempt to let their voice live on. He is derived from Enka singer Haruo Minami.

Released as a part of the Color Voice Series, Airi is a complementary voicebank to Akasaki Minato. She is said to be an innocent young lady who always does her best.
