One of the VIPPERloids, troll ‘fake vocaloids’ created by 2ch, Scott is a slime who is quiet and somewhat masochistic.
He likes fellow VIPPERloid Rook, and dislikes Twitter.

A rare creature that is a mix of a dog and a snake, exactly as its name suggests. Inuhebi has the personality of the dog, and though it is said to bark, its voicebank can sing in normal Japanese.
