Oliver, the tabby, sadly had to be put to sleep today, and he is already sorely missed. He’s the best cat I’ve ever known, and we were so lucky we got to spend two decades with this amazing creature. I couldn’t think of a better way to honour him. 💖💔💖

The final Christmas cookie is krumkaker. This wafer thin, crispy and sweet cookie is cooked in a speciality iron, called a krumkake ironwhich adds a pattern to each of the cookies. While the cookies are still fresh piping hot they’re shaped.
