After a long wait, I finally finished Mandy and Lily. Lily's one of Mandy's fellow dancers. She's bubbly, fun-loving, and very easy to get along with. She also emits a very sweet-smelling fragrance that ensures that people spend lots of time around her~

@LuxxArt Really need to draw a digital pic of this guy myself, but these should do. A Glaceon with green eyes, pince-nez glasses, and long hair.

Changed my mind after thinking about it. Her "activated power" eyes have white irises, not red. Works better for the "night sky" motif I was going for. So, you know, those black-and-*white* eyes are usually the last thing you see before she takes over your mind.
