Although I’m a big Lapis fan, I do agree with the argument that her design was stolen from Penny (Golden Bats). Though their clothing styles are different, it can be safe to assume that their striking similarities are not a coincidence.

this has uhh, gotten a lot of attention so first, I want to clarify that this character is from an anime called “Golden Bats” and her name is Penny. I’m assuming Lapis’ design was ripped off from her, as much as it pains me to say it.
