Throw back to when I was designing DND/TTRPG characters for fun. I need to get back into this.

Why is it that when I'm about to jump head first into a project collaboration and most of my time will be needed for that, that I get the sudden NEED to work on personal projects, when I've had literal months of no inspiration or want to do anything other than small stuff....
