NHK時論公論 クエスチョン・タイム視聴中。#メンバーシップ型 雇用、#ジョブ型 雇用の比較。前者は日本型、後者は欧米型だそうな。職種限定で雇用契約を結ぶ欧米型の方がキャリア形成には有効。自身の経験から考えるとそう思うが日本型の長所も取り入れたハイブリッド型が必要だと思った。

何故 #竹中平蔵 氏の支配が続いているのか。選挙で選ばれた訳でもない代議士でもない彼の発言が影響力を保つのは納得できない。彼の様な #政商 を政界から追放しなければ、政治を国民のものにすることはできないだろう。
