The sideburns are strong in EX characters including C. Jack. I do like his laidback suit more than his full on cowboy outfit in Fighting Ex Layer

I guess Shadowgeist is supposed to be the antithesis of Skullomania #FightingExLayer

The only character with a firearm in Street Fighter and EX series. I really dig the femme fatale/spy thing she had going on, not really sure why she turned into a pirate in Fighting Ex Layer.
