I also got to make a bunch of print nerd BG prints for the print studio. These are mostly based on my time in Open Studio and similar print studios/shops :)

Technically our print method in series was letterpress, which I followed a lot more closely in my earlier drafts before higher ups pushed more screenprinted references. I tried to make them work as best as I could, but if you know your prints you know they're far from perfect.

So they had no idea when they hired me that I was 1. experienced at making political art and 2. I was experienced at making political art VIA printmaking.

These were 4 of the final images in the main areas of the sets.

For a very long time we had a creature we called the Cactipus in the Night Nursery, a plant creature that would latch onto the kids arms and light their way. Ultimately a design choice couldn't be compromised on, so he got cut. The first one is what I think he should have been!
