Still need to define this character, but I had a loose idea of some magical girls based on fashion pieces. The first was based on Leg-Warmers, I made the concept for the second girl awhile ago

Not to say I never used the "sharp" shiny method. I just prefer more organic shading now. I used to do it more awhile back or for different style choices.
