Started a little bit of painting before bed
Then cat crawled into my lap
Seems like this is a bit of a thing with her

The group I'm in had basically an official high school au thing & I ended up doing my two characters in two different styles basically (right was done first a bit ago, just finished the left)
I think I'm liking the look of watercolor brushes for stuff more these days.

Despite my cat's best efforts, I started trying to do values & stuff.
Unfortunately she just crawled in my lap so uh...she wins & this is as far as I get tonight.

Sometimes I do art where honestly almost everything is legitimately a shade of grey but it's ok. It's ok.

So I mentioned my silly KH oc kinda kicked my ass into gear & got me actually doing a lot more art than I have been (& getting stuff to a higher level of finish)
So here's a wip, a slightly wonky room, & then a painting I could probably explain but won't (play the 2017 Prey)

Gwyn & Ciar are a couple who run a tea/coffeehouse called The Birdhouse.
They may also be a pair of semi-immortal pseudo-deities called the Dove & the Raven, respectively.
Ciar's outfit & tatts are. Very much subject to change.

I am clearly a master painter.

I can't finish this right now because my surface is being difficult.... So here's a crop to focus on this weird little critter.
