This seems interesting since this line might be adapted from Job 41:34 - 'It looks down on all that are haughty; it is king over all that are proud' describing the Leviathan. Not that he is the Leviathan; but he's a manifestation of God's anger upon sinners. Foreshadowing?
Neuvillette; him, I just have questions. It is obvious that whatever is written in these introductions appears to be adoring of him - that means he must have a cordial and very likable public demeanor not to have a bad tabloid - seeing how gossip and news run rampant in Fontaine.
His hoyolab tag-line is quite the pun on 'still waters run deep' - but it would also be foreshadowing maybe to the whole rotten state of being going on in Fontaine.
Wriothesley; his whole being is very thematic; from his constellation Cerberus, the hound who guards the gates of hell akin to his position as the Lord of the fortress prison. Cerberus is said to fawn upon those who enter Hell and destroy those who try to leave.
