I just call it swimming, mostly, or cold-water swimming when I want to sound tougher than I am. But today, after feeing the most depressed and dark that I have for a long time, I managed to swim and it has genuinely really helped. Seems more productive than sneering too.
Been writing these down privately for a while but going to start doing on here again as I do like sharing things with other people... my #3naturethings:
1. Sparrowhawk in the park
2. Huge movement of geese in the morning sky, several Vs of them
3. The red sun at dawn!
