Ricotta honey toast from Scorpio Coffee in Sacramento.

I don't think I've ever had a delicious toast in my life. The Ricotta on top was heavenly, the shokupan was toasted to perfection, and everything worked so well together.

Seattle/WA ppl, I wanna know good toast places!!!
