Black Tonkotsu ramen from Tora Ramen in Boston!
The garlic used is the black garlic, gives the soup more dark color and a nice garlic flavor that's not over powering like normal garlic. The Chashu was super soft and melts in your mouth. Sorry in advance!

Now that Ill be going back to Japan, I could get more awesome Konbini goods and finally make my Konbini zine!
But this zine might be focused on Lawson tho, since its my favorite to go to 😂
