Menya Musashi!
I actually had this when I was in Japan, so it was nice to see that they made their new branch in Seattle! I had their hybrid broth, the mix of garlic sesame and spicy broth, always fun to dip the noodles and experience a different way of eating ramen!

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka!
I like getting the Tonkotsu Kara (spicy) miso ramen! I think Santouka has one of the better Cha-shu, since they use pork belly, so its real fatty and I love it 🤣

Bump of chicken
The Fried Chicken Bao was a surprising delight! I never thought of a deep fried Bao, it had a nice texture on the outside and still fluffy on the inside, and the hot mustard sauce drenched all over the chicken was superb!!
