Trying to warm up for drawing and sketched a sequel to my previous Chef Saltbaker vs Chef Filo rivalry pic. This time Filo steals Saltbaker's clients ;)
Still haven't got enough time to practice Saltbaker's facial expressions. He's such a cool design :)

Recently I've seen a lot of fan art of the old Soviet cartoon Treasure Island. Mostly Dr Livesey. One of the memorable parts for me was the duo of Blind Pew and Black Dog. :D Their song often haunts my mind for no reason. :) Also, drawing in this loose style feels refreshing :)

@HayleySez Yeah, Twitter search does give a lot of recent fan art of Livesey (and I'm glad so far it's sfw. Ahahaha! )
BTW haven't found my old Captain Smollet sketch but I found attempts at Cherkassky style I made at the beginning of this year, though based on his different cartoon

Still playing with idea of two pastry chefs rivalry. Saltbaker is the kind of character I wish belonged to me but he doesn't.

For @AVartwork Luna gets birthday wishes from my OC - Dr Verzilla, Denta and Snatch. Doc doesn't approve of cakes so he gives Luna a fish.

Got a question on DA about Zephyrus and still not ready to answer it. :) It's just such a mystery.

@AndreAardwolf Indeed but not for personal reasons. He was just angry at the unhealthy lifestyle propagation ;) so he vandalised Filo's poster. He thought doing this would be eye-opening for the viewers. While Filo tried ruining Doc's reputation because he felt offended.

From one of my 2022 comics where the Pastry Gang got stuck on a deserted island. Filo is commenting on Zephyrus' nutritional value urging him not to be averted by Scratch's fleas. :D

I've been checking some videos of the new Cuphead game and I must say it's as beautiful as the first one. And oh look, another evil pastry chef! Neither the dentist nor the Pastry Gang boss are happy about seeing him here. But the minions are curious. His name Saltbaker. :D
