yeah saiou's fang is just that his teeth are broken. don't believe me? well humans have only 4 canines but saiou clearly has 8 pointy teeth so the only explanation is: they are broken
take this scene. Saiou did something very socially inapropriate: enter someone's bedroom while they were sleeping and stayed there. It feels so obvious but from the way he acts, he seems genuinely unable to get how he did something weird.
