This is the first part of a 4 page comic I did for a competition a few years ago. It was about a woman who is a hoarder, who befriends a dragon. Although it wasn't shortlisted, you can find it in my book The Dodo Knows!

Theory: Lupin III is the anti-Tintin. Bizarro Tintin. Watintin, if you like.
Imagine a metaphorical comic book protagonist coin. Tintin is on one side, Lupin III is on the other.

I saw this illuminated manuscript of the coronation of Henry III, and I thought "I have a character who is a king (sort of), I need to draw him in that position)

I had a really bright idea make a few pages of this comic look like a 15th century medieval manuscript. It WAS really fun... but this is literally just one panel! 😭
