Lavenderpaw was assigned Spiderface as a mentor. They get off to a rocky start. While Spiderface sympathizes with the loss that Lavenderpaw has expereinced, he finds his often unmotivated, nihilistic and dismissive demeanor difficult to deal with. They do overcome this eventually
