Had a fun time putting this scene together. Couldn't get as much texture in the steps as I wanted, but the rest came out pretty well

I'd call my first photo studies a success, had a lot of fun painting the shapes I saw as opposed to what I thought they should look like.

One hour spent making a gem, two spent copy/pasting it and adding the glowys. Perspective and texture are coming along. Got a lot left to refine and polish before putting out the timelapse next week.

Got a lot more done today than I expected, hopefully gonna be able to wrap this one up by the end of next week.
