People always bring up Dragon Age when talking about epic political fantasy RPGs but everyone slept on Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance 😔

I'm expecting this playtest to sort of hit the mark. I know what I'm looking for, but not entirely how to get there. For now, I'm having fun writing event cards, and the rest will shake out. =)

Having #Hades and Song of Achilles on the mind has led me to reread Mythic Odysseys of Theros and GODS I love the art in this book. #dnd

Adding on to that, one of the things that made the early anime feeling adventurous to me in ways that the video games didn't is how there were wilderness Pokémon Centers with a unique aesthetic.

Taking my time with my first read of this advance copy of Icewind Dale: Rime of the Frostmaiden. Love it! The first chapter is 100 pages of gruesome eeriness punctuated by heroism and hilarity spanning all of the insular Ten-Towns. Kudos to this book's many amazing writers! #dnd
