@milkbreadtoast I can understand that, though I think the main reason it's hard to tell is due to the cravat. The other reason I say it's part of the cape is that it follows a lot of anime fantasy/scifi military outfit design choices. Hard to fit all that detail on a cookie

For those wondering. Luke makes a sugar paintings of the MC, and the candyman in charge of the booth is making traditional chinese sugar sculptures (which literally translates to candy man).

TIL: In Genshin, the OG chinese calls them sparrows, but the English calls the birds finches. Also this is an emerald finch, but this is because the word 碧 was used which can mean either blue or green depending on context.
